X-CLAW (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") operates the X-CLAW mobile application (the "App"), a mobile arcade platform available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) that allows users to discover, access, and enjoy arcade-style games, redeem rewards, and make in-app purchases.
This Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We use your information (Personal Information and Automatically Collected Information) for the following legitimate business purposes:
- To provide and maintain the App, including account creation, game access, and processing in-app purchases (via Apple Pay/Google Pay) and reward redemptions (including shipping physical items).
- To personalize your experience, such as recommending games based on your play history.
- To improve and optimize the App, including bug fixes, feature development (e.g., new game modes), performance enhancements, and user experience improvements.

As an X-CLAW user, you have the following privacy rights:
- Access Your Information: You may access and view your personal information provided in the App (e.g., account settings, game records) at any time.
- Modify Your Information: You can update your personal information (e.g., custom alias, avatar) in the App settings.
- Delete Your Account: You can delete your account in the app settings (specific path: Home - My - Settings - Account Deletion).
- Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw previously granted consent by adjusting notification settings on your device.
5 Data Retention
We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including: (i) to provide the App and services; (ii) to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting, or record-keeping requirements); (iii) to resolve disputes; (iv) to enforce our agreements; and (v) to protect our users and services. When determining retention periods, we consider the sensitivity of the information, the risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, and applicable legal requirements.
- Account information (name, email): Retained until you request account deletion (after which we delete or anonymize the data, except as required by law).
- Payment information: Retained only for the duration of the transaction (we do not store full payment details—our processors retain data in compliance with PCI DSS).
- Shipping information: Retained until the physical reward is delivered (then anonymized or deleted, unless required for warranty or return purposes).
- Log/usage data: Retained for 12 months (anonymized after that).
When your information is no longer needed, we securely delete it (e.g., using data wiping tools) or anonymize it (so it can no longer identify you) in accordance with industry best practices.
6 Security Measures
We take reasonable and industry-standard security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account (e.g., not sharing your password, using strong authentication via Apple/Google Sign-In) and notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
7 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or business operations. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on the App, sending an in-app notification, or emailing you (to the email address associated with your account). The updated Privacy Policy will indicate the effective date of the changes.
By continuing to use the App after the effective date of the updated Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the updated Privacy Policy.
